Cadbury vs Toblerone on YouTube
How often does each brand post a new video?
Cadbury is somewhat active on YouTube,
especially when they advertise their chocolate for the UK. The last video that
they posted was 2 weeks ago; they post at least one video each week.
Toblerone unfortunately does not
have an official YouTube channel. However other accounts that are verified have
posted Toblerone chocolate on their channel but not very often. The last video
that was posted was 3 months ago.
What kind of video content does each brand post (commercials, celebrity
spots, how-to’s, news, industry related events, music videos, etc.)
The type of video content that
the brand post are little 5 seconds commercials for their “The sound of Cadbury
Diary Milk” campaign. They also have little commercials of customers enjoying
the taste of Cadbury chocolate in mini advertisements.

In Cadbury’s recent post for The Sound of Cadbury Diary Milk – UK the
description that they had was “Cadbury presents DJ Marvin Humes’ take on
Cadbury Diary Milk’s Classic and Modern Hits. What do you feel like?”
Which are your two brands most successful recent videos? Provide quantifiable data for each (likes and
number of comments).
Cadbury’s most successful video
was taken 2 weeks ago and it was for “The Sound of Cadbury Diary Milk”
campaign. The video had about 2,909,237 views. The following link of the ad is

Why do you think these two videos were so successful?
I think this Cadbury ad was successful
because it involved a spokesperson or had someone famous that was involved in
the ad.

Cadbury has over 29k
subscribers, over 2 million views for some of their videos, and about 405
videos in total on their channel.
Layout seems a little simple and plain, but nice information!
